SEO AutoFlow respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users and clients who interact with our website, services, and connected social media accounts.
If you connect a social account through SEO AutoFlow, we may store limited account data and access tokens necessary to publish content or complete onboarding flows. We only use this data to provide the services you authorize.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with service providers and infrastructure partners necessary to operate the platform, such as payment, hosting, email, or API providers, and only to the extent required to deliver the service.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reasonable business records.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. If you want your connected social account data removed, you may also request deletion using the method described on our data deletion page.
SEO AutoFlow is operated by Viridian Systems Corp and uses YouTube API Services. Connecting YouTube is optional. Before connecting or using the workspace, you must accept this policy. Google handles sign-in and permissions; we never collect your Google password. Google's own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
With your permission, we receive your YouTube channel ID and name, granted scopes, OAuth access and refresh tokens, and token expiration information. We store tokens encrypted. We also store the MP4 you provide, its file digest and technical properties, your title and description, selected visibility, audience and synthetic-media declarations, confirmation time, upload status, and the video ID returned by YouTube. This data identifies your channel, prepares your preview, sends the upload you confirm and prevents accidental duplicate sends. Preparing a preview does not send the video to Google. An accepted upload can still be processing on YouTube.
The YouTube workspace uses essential Secure, HttpOnly session cookies, not advertising cookies. The workspace cookie lasts up to two hours and the OAuth cookie up to fifteen minutes. We retain a policy-version acceptance record associated with your service account. The integration does not retrieve YouTube viewer profiles, advertising data, comments or analytics, and it does not download videos from YouTube.
Your confirmed video and metadata are sent to Google/YouTube. Authorized operators may access data for support and security. Vultr provides our server infrastructure and Cloudflare handles site delivery and security. We do not sell YouTube data, share it for advertising, or send the channel data or OAuth credentials collected by this integration to generative AI providers. Other optional content-generation services are separate from the YouTube authorization flow.
We recheck connected YouTube authorizations periodically, refresh channel details, remove completed or inactive draft media after seven days, and remove upload history before it reaches thirty days. Active uploads are protected while finishing; failed or uncertain uploads are not automatically retried. You can request deletion through the workspace's disconnect-and-delete control or through support. Requests block new uploads immediately; stored YouTube data is deleted as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. We also check for access revoked directly at Google and remove related data as soon as possible, within thirty days of that revocation.
You can independently revoke authorization at Google account permissions. Deleting data from SEO AutoFlow does not delete videos or other data already held by YouTube, and cannot recall an upload already accepted by Google. Manage those videos in YouTube Studio.
